First Holy Communion 2023

Congratulations to the children in 2nd Class who received the sacrament of First Holy Communion on Saturday 13th May. They have been preparing all year and their hard work paid off. They were wonderful and made the school and community proud.

The children's artwork was on display at the reception held in the school after the ceremony. A big thank you to the Parents' Assocation for organising this lovely event for the children and their families.

Community Games Winners!

Congratulations to the children in 2nd Class who won medals for model making, handwriting and artwork in the Athboy/ Kildalkey Community Games competiton. The children will go on to compete in the next round of the competition this Sunday, good luck!☘️

Active School Week

During Active School Week the children were challenged with daily tasks and activities to keep them moving! 2nd Class joined in on a fun fitness workout with Eimear and a lively dance class with Corona throughout the week. Thank you to Corona & Eimear⭐️

Wellbeing Week 2023

The children participated in a wide range of activities for wellbeing week this year. From morning meditations to positive affirmations, we all learned how to look after our mental and physical health. The children finished off the week by making positive balloons to stick up around the school and help promote positive thinking!
