Grant from Intel
Kildalkey N.S. recently received a grant from Intel.
Through the co-ordination of Joanne O'Connor and Philip Lyons, Intel employees clocked up many hours in the school and through the Intel outreach scheme, were able to use these hours to apply for a grant to the school.
The school were delighted to receive a grant for 1,300 dollars. These funds are used to purchase laptops for the school to be used by the children.
Many thanks to Intel, Joanne and Philip and indeed all the Intel volunteers who have come to the school and who assisted in the process.
