Fire Safety
Many thanks to the Fire Safety Crew from Trim, who came out to the school today.
They spoke to many classes from 3rd class all the way up to 6th, speaking of the importance of fire safety and demonstrating its importance.
Their advice and help couldn't be more important and relevant.
We learned a lot today!
Run With Rian
Little Blue Heroes are a charity who help families in need from local communities who have children undergoing long term medical treatment for serious illness.
Garda Edel Dugdale and Rian came up with this fundraiser Run with Rian, in order to give back to the Little Blue Hereos as a thank you and so that they can continue to support the Fleming family and other families in the future.
For anyone who doesn’t wish to participate but would like to donate they can go to littleblueheroes.org and follow link for donate. In the message box write ‘Run with Rian’.
Hurling Fun with GAA Coach
We had our hurling coach back in on Friday and the classes really enjoyed working with her!
Junior Infants up to 4th class really enjoyed improving their skills with her!

Peter Pan is coming!!
The 3rd and 5th musical Peter Pan is coming up!
It takes place in Mullingar Arts Centre on the 16th of February at 19.30.
Tickets are on sale in the office - they're going quickly!!
3rd and 5th class are very much looking forward to the day!!
R.I.P. Ashling
On the day Ashling Murphy is laid to rest, the students and staff of Kildalkey N.S. held a moment of silence in honour of her memory.
The staff also said a decade of the Rosary in memory of Ashling.
