Positive Start to Camogie Campaign

Well done to the camogie players who started the defence of their title with a great win against Boardsmill.

Captained by Robyn and Sarah, the girls got off to a whirlwind start with goals from Chloe, Caoimhe and Leah. Further scores left the half time score 4-1 to 0-1.

Boardsmill got an early goal in the second half but the girls rallied again to get further goals with Clodagh, Robyn and Róisín among the scorers.

The full time score was 8-2 to 2-2. Well done to the girls on such a good opening to the championship!
