We celebrated Maths Week in first class with lots of fun activities. We finished off Maths Week with a Where's Wally hunt around the school. The chidlren had great fun.

Minor Hurling Champions Visit

We had a visit from two of the Kildalkey Minor Hurling players who won the Div 1 Meath Minor hurling championship final. 

The children were thrilled to meet the players and hold the cup.

STEM September 2024

September STEM Challenge

Our first STEM challenge of the year was to design and build a marble run using Lego.

The children had a great time working together to build their creations. The end results were very impressive!

First Class have been enjoying hurling skills session with our visiting coach Neil Heffernan.

They have been learning how to hand pass, catch and strike the sliotar.
