Second Class
Colour!
This month, we have been learning all about colour. We learned about the primary colours and the secondary colours. We used the 3 primary colours to create the secondary colours and to complete our very own colour wheels!
We then looked at the work of Dutch artist Piet Mondrian who is famous for his abstract painting using only squares, rectangles and primary colours.
We then created our own Piet Mondrian inspired art!

This month the children in 2nd Class have been learning all about our skeletal system!
We then used our knowledge of our bones to create our own skeletons in art.
