Over the past few weeks, students have been learning about WWI and creating incredible projects.

‘WW1 on a plate: What soldiers ate during WW1’

'WWI Uniforms: What Soldiers Wore on the Frontlines'

'Battle Gear of WW1: Weapons that shaped the war'

'Life in the Trenches: The Reality of WWI Soldiers'

Students also explored poetry inspired by the war, created charcoal art depicting trench warfare, investigated morse code, and conducted science experiments to investigate materials and the science of sound. We also explored photos of some of our relatives who served in WWI, along with primary artifacts they left behind.
