Active Schools Week

On Friday, we were very lucky to have such nice weather that we were able to go for our school walk along with the rest of the school. We started in school 2 and headed for the GAA pitch while passing through the village. We then turned at the pitch and headed back towards the school.

On Thursday, we had a visit in from Paul Fagan. Paul spoke to the children about life as a country player, and about the importance of eating the correct foods and preparing yourself before a game or training. The children also got to ask him some questions.

In class, we also did some dancing to get us moving between classwork. Have a look below!
